  • ISIS Brides Sentenced to Death Because Their Husbands were Terrorists

Basically these women are being targeted and sentenced just because their husband's were terrorists. This is nothing short of guilt by association. That isn't justice but bloodletting with sadistic intent. We should mobilize to stop this war crime done under the pretense of justice.

Dozens of foreign ISIS brides sentenced to death in Iraq

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

"..the women were given 10 minutes to plead for their lives before judges decide their sentence."

Iraq like most of "Islamic countries" is a joke. Few months ago they sentenced to death an Ummayad caliph who died like 1300 years ago.

In Iraq, Sunni caliph sentenced to death after 1,313 years from his demise

People have gone nuts in our countries.

These dirty "Islamist" ****bags are driving people away from religion. Our world is stuck in a toxic paradigm where we have to choose either between useless secular dictatorships or barbaric terrorist pseudoreligious nuts.

It seems arabs are really of fond of killing. That whole region has probably more blood under the ground than water. I have always thought of them as a retarded people, and their influence through Islam has made the non-Arabs a little bit retarded as well. The arabs where I live acting like American ghetto negroes, doesn't help much on that either.

Good thing most Afghanis aren't religious on their level or god forbid Arabized. Our own cultures/values dominate our lives more than Islam does. I mean they pray, and do other Muslim stuff, but they have a common sense. At least in the region where I used to live, where Arabic influence was minimal.

You have an extremely naive and simpleton view of what Arabs are. What is an Arab? Do you really think a Moroccan, a Saudi, a Sudanese or Lebanese are all the same thing? They look different, they think different, they have different faiths and ideologies,.. they dont even speak the same language. Argelian Arabic is quite different than Iraqi Arabic.

BTW Afghanistan is way more religious than any other Arabic nation. Just in case you missed it we have been killing each other for the last 4 decades. We should not judge or look down on other people. First fix your own home.

Brother, I don't think that has to do with it. Islam was one of the first doctrines to explicitly declare that women, children, the elderly and non-combatants were safe guarded against aggression and retribution. The Iraqis doing this are guided by Clerics who were taught in Qom and follow the Walayat Fiqah doctrine that is in the seat of present day Iran. One can argue that is "Arab influence on Iran", but being that this doctrine is uniquely followed BY Iran and their stooges, that would make that claim doubtful.

Also, don't be self boisterous quite yet. Indeed Afghan values teach many important virtues, But we're not absolved of MASSIVE Bloodshed. We weren't "always" noble, Did the Durrani or Hotak acquire their power by peacefully consolidating Afghanistan? Even though we make fun of Indics, Afghans had also done some awful things to them from time to time. Afghan values teach us "ghairat" and "namous" (both Arabic words), but even Afghans have violated these concept at times. No human society has been absent of evil and no human society has been absent of virtue.

My point here is not to redeem the Arabs or condemn other people to salvage one or the other from criticism. The point is to show the reality of the darkness that exists among humanity. Trying to look at this with a lens of associating one property with ONE Group and another property with "Another Group" is what fuels the situations we see like this. Where the vulnerable ....like these women ...who while having made foolish decisions ....are being condemned for something outside their power.

Right now these women need help, there needs to be outrage....

These religious conquests were nothing more than to expand their influence. Let me just say Arabic influence has been **** for the most part. The only positive aspects brought about during height of Islam/Arabs is not even Islamic/Arabic to begin with. As a vehicle to connect different parts of the world, it had some short lived effect, but even the Mongols and Turks did it better and to a more succesful degree.

The rural regions of Afghanistan are definitely not fanatics ready to slit the throats of each other. People are living their lives, Islam there is just 5 times prayer if you have the time and some other basic codes.

Im not judging others, although it seems that way, and i dont hate others, just making an observation.

That's an very interpolative view of interpreting history. Arabs were not even very organized as an identity to even have those types of ambitions such as "expanding their influence". You're looking at the 7th century through the lens of 20th century ethno-nationalism. Very flawed and faulty.

Since you're comparing Arabs to Afghans while tout one at the behest of the other. I'm sure you know of the inter-tribal wars that have occurred? In some cases, it wasn't even for any practical gain such as herding land or control of water passages. It was simply because of a smite against reputation and ego. These things are/were rife even now in modern Afghanistan.

In fact a most recent story I can share; after the "War on Terror" began, Certain Pashtun tribes who were being enlisted as allies against the Taliban, and they would exploit the Coalition to settle scores with other tribes. They would go around claiminhg certain rival tribes were Taliban or Harboring Taliba; the consequence was entire villages got wiped out, Men , women and children .....don't tell me this was Arab influence ....those was sadistic and blood thirsty acts. Inexcusable and not to mention the brutal things that were done to Hazaras and to a lesser degree Tajiks when Pashtun tribes were patriated into the North.

Again, this is only being mentioned because you have a over-derisive view of Arabs in some monolithic sense and you have an overly-idealized view of Afghans in a monolithic sense. Both are wrong People are not monoliths.

I don't care if you don't like Arabs, Arabs are not sacrocanct from scrutiny, but at least be intellectually honest about it.

Arab supremacy was probably the worst thing to happen to us and this whole region. Even these Iraqis before Arabization had amazing civilizations.

Compare it to to Pre-Islamic civilizations and today, the results are not much of substantial has come out of the region for a good 1000s of years. Golden Age of Islam was basically the fruits of Greeks, Babylonians, Persians, Turks, Indians and North African civilizations.

as far as supremacies goes, Aryan supremacy was probably the best thing for the region. These guys ruled the region far better, promoted tolerance of other religions, tolerance of other races, tolerance of other languages and cultures, had no concept of slavery, etc. These are concepts the current powerstructure civilization, the Western civilization, have barely realized 50-100 years ago. Our ancestors were so much ahead of the rest of humanity, it's just nuts to think they fell so hard and easy. This is why I am so much against Arabization and Arab influence in our countries. We can keep Islam, since no alternative exist (I was fan of Zoroastrianism, since it promoted similar concepts (such as purity of the mind and body through the relationship with God and the cosmos, but it's impossible to bring death things back to life (and expect it to function as it did when alive)), but Islam must stay fused with our own way of life/thinking, and doesn't dominate our cultures/way of life.

You should actually read history rather than filtering history through idealized lenses and biases.

"Golden Age of Islam was basically the fruits of ..." ....That argument holds for almost every great civilization. Even Aryan civilization, the Golden Age of Persian empire were based on the fruits of Mesopotamian advances in engineering, architecture , writing and quite a few other things. Aryan Supremacy led to the caste system of India and massacres of their native Australoid populations. Again, your biases are evident here.

I believe he must be one of those Aryan nationalists: "Muslims did not do any contribution to mankind all they did was steal Greek heritage", "we the noble Aryans surrounded by a sea of barbaric Indics, Turkics and Semitics,.. need to defend ourselves against their ethnic and cultural aggression.. muh, muh lol". Indeed, their entire scope of history is grossly altered and revisionist. As I mentioned earlier, the Achaemenid Empire basically appropriated Mesopotamian Writing system, Architecture and Engineering.....so what is this nonsense that Muslim achievements were all "Greek".....Yes, he's right Muslims did base a lot of their advances on the work of civilizations prior ...but that's true about virtually "any advancement" that's ever been made. It applies as much to Aryans as it did to the Arabs or Turks or anyone else. But what does that have to do with anything?!?!?!? It's a red herring.

And this thread is about the plight of vulnerable people....what kind of "Aryan Morals" is it to side step that and divert focus on something irrelevant? If this is "Aryan" I don't want any part of it.
