his accent gives it awayOriginally posted by maneatinglizard View PostWhere did he say he was Pashtun? Probably just another Indic with an identity crisis.
he said he is from balochistan and was talking to his fellow country man from Afghanistan( the young afghan boy to his left). thats not what an indic would say.

I don't think he's pashtun. His accent sounds indic. I don't know anyone from the Peshawar valley who speaks English like that and that's the Pashtun area with the most Urdu influence. If no Peshawari speaks like that I doubt someone from Quetta, which has much less Urdu influence, would.Originally posted by Kaushika
majority of Hilly Rajputs are the product of these cross breeding and want to disassociate with their past. rajputs with rajwadi surnames consider themeselves superior but those native kings who look darker gets mocked as "gola" (mix breed, son of rakhile) so they actually invite light skinned rajputs and kshatriya tribes from Jammu region such as jamwals to sleep with their women so that their wives can give birth to pure white looking Native Child.

Also I think the guy said he lived there, not that he was from there.Originally posted by Kaushika

i dont know or care about what the guy is but on a related note in quetta most of the upper end neighborhoods are filled with punjabis. they are mostly fauji families and some other high positions. one of the reasons i dont like the defence being built in peshawar is because i went to some of the initial phases where people were reserving property there and legit 75% of the applicants were rich punjabis and some sindhi landowners and obviously fauji families. once its built we will have a pretty big organized neighborhood on the outskirts of the current city filled with rich urduwan elites from the big cities while peshawaris get little benefit but lose some nice land. get ready for even more desi "but im from peshawar/quetta!" in the near future whenever anything about us is brought up. there is also another massive non-army housing scheme being built right besides it with literally just a road dividing them but i dont know the situation there besides the fact that its gonna be a little cheaper than defence so probably more locals there.Originally posted by Traveller View PostAlso I think the guy said he lived there, not that he was from there.Last edited by kunatawar; 02-27-2018, 11:27 PM.

he is one of those desis who came abroad with Afghan passport and claims to have lived in balochistan.
he also claims he has BA in Islamic studies.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."
