Not sure why some of you guys got upset. The pics I posted are Pashtuns and Baloch. It proves Afghans and Pashtuns are deeply concious of skin color even whilst pretending to desis that you dont care.

Everyone else; Makes no difference to us, we're fine with different skin colors.

A.S.S. Torkhar: Why are you so upset about skin color, you always say Desis are obsessed with skin color.

            LOL

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

from foreign travellers to British colonial officers of Indian Muslims inventing fictious ancestral lineages to Persia, Central Asia and Arabia. The plain truth of why that is so is because the vast majority of Paki/Indian Muslims are converted from the lower "castes" of Hindu society yet on their conversion, were still treated as "low castes" by both Hindus and their foreign Muslim rulers alike. Deep down all pakis know this is who their ancestors really were.

Insulting commentary about Paki/Indian looks, dark skin, way of life etc and negative stereotypes expressed in Persian poetry and memoirs by Turko-Persian elites and travellers in India are also humiliations that the Pakis/Indians, particularly in the northwest of India aka Pakiland, had to endure for centuries.

And it is not just Pakis / Indic Muslims who fabricate foreign lineages and connections to foreign races and cultures. Hindus and Sikhs from northwest India, mainly Punjab and Sindh, do that too. Particularly communities like the 'Jats'. Even Hindus from that community tell lies that they are not really 'Indian' but are descendants of some 'Scythian' invader or sh!t like that. They say this because they are deeply embarrassed of who and what they really are, "low caste" Hindus that spawned the gypsies, have no appreciable cultural contributions or history, and were routinely beaten, persecuted, enslaved and humiliated by 'light skinned' foreigners. Jats are one of the main / largest communities that Punjabis belong to.

That Sikh posting all that nonsense is an example that this isnt a modern Paki thing. He is just one of many Sikhs i've seen trying to draw connections between Bundjabis and Persians, because Bundjabis know that their Dalit culture pales in comparison to the achievements of Central Asian and Iranian cultures and histories, which the Bundjabi only had a glimpse of through the lens of the conquered looking up at his superiors.

Pakis have tried to adopt many things from their former masters and are a deeply psychologically colonized people. Why is it when you read Indian history is Persian ALWAYS referred to as the "high culture"? What the is "high culture" and what does that say about how Pakis/Indians feel about their own native cultures?

The self-loathing of Punjabis is very deep rooted, as is the toxic mixture of their fetishization, envy, lust and inferiority complex towards 'Persians' and 'Central Asians', and other remote foreign races like Arabs and even Greeks too that a Punjabi would go so far as trying to relate himself and his pathetic Dalit history of defeat and servitude to.

There is not a single Turkic or any other Central Asian or Iranian community living in the entire Indian subcontinent that can be identified and traced back to the Mughals or anyone else. If there are, then where are these people?

You find remnants of Turkic and Mongol descendants all over Central Asia, in Afghanistan, in Iran, in the Caucasus, in Russia, even in Bulgaria. People who are still identifiable by their looks, the languages they speak, their cultures.. You telling me any of that exists in some Bundjab or Bengal? or some Rawalpindi?

These people do not exist in South Asia. There are no Turkic, Central Asian or 'Persian' communities there that exist
as a result of invader/settler colonizers that can be seen and distinguished from the natives unlike in any of those places mentioned above. The Indian in these pakis is overhwhelming, whether it is their culture, languages, or blood. Whether or not any random Dravidian out there in Pakiland or India had some remote ancestor hundreds of years ago from Central Asia is not important.

The truth is there is only one community in South Asia with any proven and documented roots and link to Iran and that is the Parsis.

Well let's not go to extremes and simply discredit people outright. His last name is Qizilbash, now Indics are notorious for forging their pedigrees and adopt last names from other cultures .....however, typically it's obvious things like "Quraishi" or "Faruqi" or "Khan" ....Qizilbash isn't very obvious. I think in these cases there may actually be legitimate claims of ancestry ...albeit it is probably washed out by generations of Indic mixing.

I've heard of an actual Qizilbash community in Peshawar that has retained Farsi. I think this guy might be legit because in his story his father spoke to him in Farsi which he translated which might mean that both he and his father can speak the language.

"Kizilbash" (not even trasliterated correctly from Persian into English) is the typical type of foregery for a name that i would expect from a Dalit convert to Shi'a. Another one is "Rizvi" which in 9 out of 10 cases is no doubt a Dalit pretending to be a descendant of a Shi'a Imam. The 'names' you mentioned above were taken up mainly by Indic converts to Sunni Islam rather than Shi'a, who have their own copy-cat style family tree fabrications that regular pakis do.

"Kizilbash" isnt a name for a person or a family or even a tribe. Unlike 'Khan' it is not even an honorific or a title either. It was a name for a confederation of mainly Turkic and Iranian Sufi militants from like the 15th century. The association of this confederation with giving rise to the Safavids in Iran made that name something of prominence to Shi'a history of the Iranian variety. It is not something important outside of Iranian history, which Indic Shi'as all try to relate themselves to probably even more than Sunni ones.

Plus, that dude looks 100% like a 'paki' from some Lahore or some punjab place like that.

Funny thing is, that wasnt even Farsi (Iranian variety). It reads like some paki that has tried to learn Dari and copy the Afghan accent. And my knowledge of this language has declined in the past 20 years or more because i never use it. But i can easily tell that is not an Iranian style Persian. Looks like a class room / text book style.

Qizilbash is reference to a group while they're not a tribe or a lineage, they have a certain group identification, it's not hard to believe that some of their descendants would exists in the various places they went, because they were essentially mercenaries.. I mean yeah I get what you're saying about Kizilbash vs Qizilbash, but that's kind of splitting hairs. And precisely as you said, Qizilbash are not an honorific title. It's simply Red-Hat, which was in reference to a type of Order. So someone picking that out of other choices like Hassani or Husayni etc would seem unlikely.

Yeah sure the guy looks super Paki, but he might have some traces to the Qizilbash mercenaries, most of whom were imported from Iran. It's just too uncommon and specific an association to just "make up"....if this guy's name was "Sayyid Makhdum Shirazi" or something, I'd totally call bull****. That's so generic that forgery is more than likely. Titles like Rizvi and Musavi are rife among Indic Shi'a, Qizilbash I don't see that much.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

I google searched 'Kizilbash' and there are quite a few pakis claiming this as a family name it seems, and none of them look even remotely different from the typical punjabi. May be much less common than "Rizvi" but i see it as just another cultural appropriation by South Asians of things that have nothing to do with them.

I have to call bullsh*t on all of these wanabe 'Kizilbash'. Even if 1 in 10 of these people running around calling themselves "Kizilbash" do have a remote ancestor that was an invader from Iran, it is not important. They're pakis, and the 99% of their blood is clearly Indian and 100% of their culture is paki. There is nothing remotely Turkic or Iranian about these Shi'a pakis.
