Who speaks Pashto?

Let's see just how similar these are, and if they can be grouped together just because of the way 2 consonants are pronounced.

For starters, in some dialects, the words "Pashtun" and "Pashto" are as follows:

پاښتین (پښتون) ، پاښتې (پښتو)


I imagine it must be quite alienating for them when everyone else insists on something different.
