How is my Pashto? زما پښتو څنګه ده؟

Making a video is easier than typing... and you all are indeed very lucky that you can actually see and hear me instead of just reading what I have to say.

I am trying not to speak Kandahari Pashto but I still have a Kandahari accent. am trying to blend a few dialects to make myself more widely understood but this is just colloquial not formal speech and I am making it up as I go along.

In actual Kandahari Pashto you will never hear "ka na" but since I am more used to speaking with non-Kandaharis I picked it up and often use it as a filler.

I thought he was Pashtun. When I asked if he was from Kunar or jalalabad because if his accent. He said he is tajik from Baghlan. I was shocked, I asked how comr he speaks that perfect Pashto he replied first of all because it's national language of my country and secondly I learned it while living in abbotabad.

I think most Afghans who have spent time in Pakistan regardless of their ethnicity use Pashto as their main language, at least when talking to people outside their community. I have an Uzbek friend who was born and raised in Peshawar and he only speaks Pashto, Urdu and English.
