    Urdu poet of Punjabi origin rediculing Pashtuns on national television (PTV)

    Some Urdu poet, by name of Jawad Hassan... - Tarikh-i-Pakhtunkhwa

    He is calling them uncouth and dumb, smugglers, bad singers, unclean and stinky, Naswari etc

    And in his attempt of imitation of Pashtun accent , he is pronouncing smuggling as "sa-muggling" in Punjabi fashion (they pronounce structure as sa-ta-ructure , style as sa-tyle and so on)

    Saw this on twitter and it incensed me. The worst part is that I saw a very stupid pashtana on twitter saying that this was only referring to Afghans(classic statement of certain people to divert attention from anti-Pashtun racism) and that it was completely fine for him to say such things based on freedom of speech.

        Don't worry brothers, you should see how these Desi Paks (Punjabis/mujahirs) are viewed in the U.K. Probably the most hated and ridiculed people going. So much so that a lot of the younger generation try and emulate Arabs as they are so ashamed of their own heritage.

        Talking about smuggling? I'd rather be a smuggler than partake in some of the things these people do abroad ANYDAY. You should see what some of these Desis do to make money abroad. As for naswaar......... it takes a man to even handle naswaar. Perhaps we should start up somebody media ramblings about "paan". No one takes he piss out of paan on Pakistani media.... the nastiest grossest habit one can have.

          Now brace yourselves for the shocking truth.
          The guy is....... actually a teacher, urdu teacher, in some fizaia college, i guess. He is highly respected by his students there. So, i don't think any of his students and admirers would care a fig about how offensive his poetry is to some pashtun people.

Even if some serious protest is upheld by some who care, i can assure you that the guilty party would, as always, comeout unbased withhis reputation unscathed. And it shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. Pashtuns have been humiliated and ridiculed in many different ways by many well known and highly respected celebs, politicians, governmental and army officials several times in the past on mass media.                   well the problem is, you guys are doing the worst of jobs in Indic parts of Pakistan, like cleaning toilets, washing gutters, and then you also have a reputation of being rapists, gays, drug addicts. thats why you have such bad image. Lol and then we have people like IBlis posting ancient pics of Indians servants, serving British, why doesn't he post pictures of pathans cleaning Indic toilets in eastern pakistan, which is happening as we speak

                    You speak correctly, sadly Pashtuns tend to be people of hot air and fluff and hype than action unfortunately. We like people "thinking" we're tough than being tough.

                    Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

                              Chooras are the cleaners of toilets and streets all over Pakistan and they are usually Christian.
