Quite the opposite, Indians can enter Pakistan through it's every hole, they are higly respected in Pakistan as well and among diaspora of Indian Pakis.
It is different when it comes to Afghans. Come legally, you will not be allowed. Come illegally, you will be shot.
Since Afghans and Paki Pashtuns are the same people, even the Paki Pashtuns are targeted in Pakistan for being Afghans. Hence, one can conclude that Pakistan is racist(towards Iranians).
