      Maulana Bijligar was a known "comedian mullah" in Peshawar. That is why he is called "bijligar." The big giveaway that this story is fake is the part where president clinton invited him to give a speech. As someone in the comments said, "Clinton domra oozgar de sta cassetay awri?" That part actually gave me a good laugh.
