  • Indians/Pakistanis baby torture [sad]

Ok guys, I say this from objective observation. At my mosque, I have noticed not one but two Pakistani couples with their babies. Now the married couples all have dark black hair, yet their babies hair is blonde? Is dyeing the hair of babies blonde another Desi trend?

Is this yet another sign of desis not being proud of themselves? Is their any science that explains this? I find it hard to believe that there is a scientific explanation especially because the babies of both couples have blonde hair. Odds?

Is this a trend in Pakistan and India, dyeing hairs of their babies different colors??

You know I thought I had seen the worst of pathetic people, but this takes it to a brand new level.

It is common for babies from populations where blond hair is rare or nonexistent to themselves have blond hair before it darkens later in life.

Having said that, this is more common in populations that are already a bit lighter such as Pashtuns, Syrians, Turks and others. I personally know of a case where a Punjabi was born with blond hair but that's very rare and it's strange that there are two families which are like this.

Also I've never seen a case of Desis dying a kid's hair blond in my life. The adults don't even dye their hair blond. This must be a very abnormal case.

Could be an albino Kid...where i live I have seen a very pale looking, paler than most whites, almost albino like lafy, she wears Indic Dress, so safe to say she is Indian or Paki...from far away I thought why is a White lady walking around in a Indic Dress ... But then I thought she could be an albino from Pakistan or India...

I had Red hair as a kid myself but IT has gotten darker now...almost Black... I doubt IT could be Dye....No point dying a kids hair...Light hair can be found Among Indics, but its quite rare....though its More frequent in Afghanistan than in South Asia.

So who else here thinks Insight and Traveller are both triggered by the 3 specks (there's obviously more, you just happen to see 3 in that pic) of blonde hair visible in that photo I had up?

Also, I think you guys might be mistaking blonde with brown/brunette. Blonde is not that common. The only thing rarer is red hair. Brown/brunette is much more common. I used to have that colored hair when I was very young. It turned black later.

Im not too sure about this.

I have seen Desi (Karachites and Punjabis);male and female (just a rare few) who do dye their hair blonde.

Again Im just brining up 2 specific cases- the couples are friends.

Just a general observation I had

Its okay insight. Memorize some pashto poetry, wear a waskat, and people may still believe you're pakhtun despite your dark skin.

This must be the $10 Online IQ test Genius that didn't use a widely available cheat sheet at work again lol

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

if that was your scalp, I just saw alopecia, not sure where the blonde/red come in. But that's not necessarily you're blond or have such genes, but that you may suffer a nutritional deficiency. When I was younger my beard turned red because of low keratin.

hahahaha... you're hilarious. It wasn't my scalp, it was my stubble.

It wouldn't be specks, randomly dispersed, if it was low Keratin.

You sure low Keratin makes your hair turn red, vs white? How did you find out? Blood test?
