Not typically. 30-35 is usually fewer people, and almost always males. Generally they get married early 20s, some of them mid-20s, with many getting engaged even at 18/19 or earlier.

Why doesn't anyone talk about it or fix it?
According to the prevailing scientific view homosexuality is not a choice but people are born homosexual so how can you blame someone for being true to their nature? That is of course if you accept the western scientific view and reject the islamic view.

What is there to talk about? As far as I know according to the Islamic view people can be attracted to the same gender but the line is crossed when people make it a physical thing and act on their desires and if these acts are carried out openly where others in sociefy can be influenced them the culprits are punished for spreading unnatural behaviour and indecency.
The Islamic stance is clear on it but ofcourse there are exceptions to every rule.

Science is not 100%, even scientists wil admit that, science is ever evolving. Issue of homosexuality is a very debated subject. I still have huge doubts that a person is born Gay, because sexuality itself is developed later in life, whatever the cause maybe, the likely hood of someone being born gay is very little

I don't think it's actually entirely accurate to say sexuality is developed "later in life" , sexuality is developing through out life and perhaps matures into active pursuit of sexual relationships later in life. But children do have a certain degree of sexual awareness, albeit developing.

The evidence suggests that homosexuality is more in born, because predictively if it was learned, the relative ratio of homosexuals wouldn't be consistently between 1-3% of any population, especially in environments that villify homosexuality ardently, but we find in both more accepting and non-accepting societies it still hovers around these numbers.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

Without actual DATA and proper research and not some self hating Indic that wished he was Pashtun until he got chastised for it, picking out random numbers, there's no way we can know for certain how common gay sex or sexual acts are common. We can only say they exist but it doesn't measure likelihood. To say otherwise is Moronic sensationalism ....and only makes the person making such claims seem rather well ....autistic ..and not the savant kind.

Did you decide one day to be attracted to girls or was it something natural?
