The only problem I have is for people to encourage sisters to talk back to perverts. Islam does not allow it.

In countries like Afghanistan and Pakistan it's best just to say absolutely nothing because there, once you give guys attention (even if it's in a negative way), then you are doomed. In places like West though I, would only comment with 'good for you', without exaggerating the matter by using more (useless) words.
