Price of apartment in Kabul?

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the property prices in Kabul and I was wondering whether someone here could help me out. What do you think is the price of an apartment in the third Microrayon (it's no palace, but a modest apartment: 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, etc.). I really have no clue. If someone would tell me that they are sold for 25K dollars, I would believe it. And if someone would tell me that they're sold for 200K dollars, I would also believe it. I would really appreciate it if someone who maybe knows someone who lives there or sold/bought something in that area could give me an indication. Thanks in advance!

These days it is not a seller market in Kabul, I would think a 3 bed room apartment will go for $50K in Microrayon.
