This year a number of Afghan National Police members, who were being trained as EOD technicians, graduated from the Central Training Center-Kabul (CTC-K). The training will enable them to counter rockets, artillery rounds, and landmines, which according to the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan, have caused the second highest number of civilian casualties in the first half of 2015. Training, advising, and assisting the Afghan National Police will better qualify them to do their part in keeping Afghanistan a safer place.
Would you agree that these types of training will enable Afghan forces to better protect and serve their people?
