MoD announces formation of a special force

Recently the Afghan Ministry of Defense announced the formation of a special force to counter threats posed by the terrorist group Daesh. The Special Force unit will mainly focus to counter the activities of Daesh loyalists in Eastern Nangarhar province. According to Afghan media reports, last month security forces cleared 70 percent of Achin district in Eastern Nangarhar province, destroying the main military base of Daesh and seizing large number of weapons. How confident are you in the ability of the Afghan military to take on Daesh and their loyalists throughout Afghanistan?
