Afg/Pak Driving License

Assalam O Alaikum,

First of all i hope this thread finds everyone healthy and happy I am writing after a veryyy long time.

I was wondering if any of you knows something about getting driving license from Afghanistan or Pakistan (without being physically present there).
I really need a Afg/Pak license because it is very easy here in east europe to change your license to EU license plus it will save me alot of time and money.
I apreciate any help or input. Thanks.

PS: And one more question...Though i am looking for a legit license but is it safe to get fake ones? will they check when i apply for getting EU license?

We are not crooks. And next time time you are out, asking someone to help you with your fake credentials, you may not want to leave out the "Asalamalikom" bit.
