Ghani will do anything for America to stay and the protect foreign interests of Afghanistan. Thats why this mule sprung up stories about ISIS being in Afghanistan so he could have some what of a guardian angel who could look over him. He also singed another BSA with Pakistan which angered a lot of Afghans, so as far as i am concerned, he is a puppet and nothing more.
