So the forum is fine, active and people are posting.

However there is one major problem, which I may hint at later on in this thread or explain in detail in my series of threads called "The Success of Pashtun Forums".

So this creeper is on MULTIPLE Pashto/Pashtun themed forums where he's been entrenched for years? This only reinforces my already established conclusions. Why is this Bengali Dhalkhor so fixated on Pashtuns? I remember reading a post from a Bangladeshi guy boasting proudly about Sher Shah Suri conquering Bengal and his soldiers spreading their seed among local women.

If that isn't flat out spinelessness, I don't know what is. A Pashtun would never boast about being "conquered" even if it happened, no matter who it was. That's the difference between a Ghairatmand culture and a benamous culture like Bangladesh. Why is this cretin not on Bangladeshi forum, trying to save them? Revulsion Through Ranting a.k.a. Brown Skinned Savage a.k.a. Mahmood al-Yemeni seems to be determined to ruin this thread and rather than keep it as a thread to focus on forum traffic, make it an anti-Bengal Tiger thread, and to chase me away from the forum as he has chased Faye, Al-Arab and others including female posters who it seems were turned off by all his sexual stuff. Anyways best thing to do is to just ignore him. He is making a fool out of himself as usual.

More important things

Anyway on to more important things other than some American Arab who likes to bully people


1. Contrary to what some are saying the forum is quite active and doing well, as I pointed out earlier there were over 30 different active users in the past 24 hours and this excludes people such as members of the admin team and others who are regulars.

- Gadoonwal, a regular but away for some reason.
- Admin Khan of course


Then there are former members who now just read as guests e.g. Shamlawar Khurasani, Randolph85.



2. The forum is doing well but the only issue for me personally and I'd be interested in what others think is the lack of female participation.

Out of the 32 posters above, 4 were women. That's a ratio of 1:8 i.e. 12.5%

In the early days of the forum there were much more females but they have slowly but steadily left.

a: The question is why?
b: What is the solution to this problem?




I: Females are generally less in to politics than men and are more in to general interest topics. Politics is a turn off for women, especially if it becomes the hard core defence-strategic stuff.

That doesn't mean we should stop talking about these things, but rather we should try to have more general interest topics that women can feel more comfortable with.


II: Make the forum more female-friendly by perhaps having a sub-forum for female users only, have a female moderator (not Hallo as she is Islamophobic and anyone who actively asks for moderator status, almost begging for it cannot be trusted....good people in general do not seek power. Anyway nor is she even Pakhtun).

Also have harsh punishments for those who abuse female members.

Also if there is too much sexual content on a forum (not that there is here, but there was a phase where a *certain Arab friend* of ours apparently did do that) it turns off females as it makes them feel cheap.


In other words the forum should be a place where females do not feel intimidated or uncomfortable but friendly. Here is a list of some of our former female members.

There are others too.

Females are in to a more pleasant, friendly, congenial relaxed atmosphere and are turned off by anything too confrontational or too political.

However Pashtun forums is by far the most successful Pashtun forum ever much more than the old Chaikhaana (Pashto.org), Hewad, Khyberwatch or others.

Chaikhaana had a big female membership and participation (though it was a much smaller forum than PF) as it had that friendly, pleasant atmosphere (most moderators were females...lol!).

Anyway this is what I see as the major problem here.

Anyway this is Admin Khan's forum and I am merely a guest here, I am just adding my 2 cents.

I am just interested in [MENTION=1201]Toramana[/MENTION] view on this.


Btw it is important to have female participation because half of humanity are females including our mothers. The internet is a medium which allows people to express themselves freely due the anonymity it provides about issues which they could not talk about in public perhaps.

This is a discussion forum, but what is a discussion forum if there are no females who are at least half of humanity?
