Bacha khan was a great pashtun and human being.
He visited every part of pashtunland but many of our pashtuns were brainwashed by british owned khan bahadurs.
He was a true leader.
May allah bless his soil aamin

The non violence approach has never worked against a gov that is not of the people, for the people, by the people, such a gov will mow the people down like grass.Originally posted by marwat View PostYes People of Afghanistan respect Bacha khan, and still there are two much Pashtun in Pakistan who truly believe in Bacha khan cause like me
however it should be noted Bacha khan failed because he was preaching non violence in Islamic fascist country. we don't believe in non violence anymore.
Why did your hero support non violence when at the same time he supported a violent man like Najib. Is that not hypocrisy?

According to some on the defence pk website, Bacha Khan was a traitor.
Nonetheless, may he rest in peace. We shouldn't speak ill of the dead.I am Mleccha, slayer of Aryan swine.

No it is not, Afghanistan is not a family business, supporting Najeeb is actually supporting a common Afghan, that time Pashtun does not have much choice.(who will you support between two evils).Originally posted by khushal View PostThe non violence approach has never worked against a gov that is not of the people, for the people, by the people, such a gov will mow the people down like grass.

At Zia time when police opened fire on ANP rally in rawalpindi led by Ajmal khattak and wali khan, and killed many Nationalist. most of fanatic nationalist fled to Afghanistan to get training and to fight Zia regime. Bacha khan opposed that and tried to stop Wali khan from violence

Thats a strawman fallacy. Your deviating. Reread my post and answer the question about following the non violence philosophy and then support a violent man and a violent movement ie Najib and the Russian invasion.Originally posted by marwat View PostNo it is not, Afghanistan is not a family business, supporting Najeeb is actually supporting a common Afghan, that time Pashtun does not have much choice.(who will you support between two evils).

Its kind of similar to the hypocrisy of Imran Khan. He supports the Jihad in Afghanistan against the Afghan gov but not in Pakistan against the Pak army when in reality the Pak army supports the Afghan gov with supply lines.
My second question is that are people like you incompetent and not see the hypocrisy or is it intentional and people like you have something to gain from the hypocrisy at the expense of your people. I hope you realize that the hypocrisy will eventually become unmanageable(especially with information available to everyone with social media these days) and eventually destroy your country and exacerbate the suffering of your people.

no one is speaking ill of the dead, we are only analysing his actions and make an attempt to learn from his mistakes. After all he was human and humans are capable of making mistakes.Originally posted by Black Pakistani View PostAccording to some on the defence pk website, Bacha Khan was a traitor.

what are you implying? How was Najeeb a violent man?you mean he should have supported Hekmatyar? or other miscreants against the center government, i told you it was not about Najeeb, he supported Babrak Karmal too, he supported Daud too who was famous for pakistan enmity for which Bacha khan was thrown to jail and party was banned. you know that right!Originally posted by khushal View PostThats a strawman fallacy. but you want to make a point, and you curse him because he was non violent against pakistan, but you know he never accepted pakistan.
it's you who are folding arguments to shape your views, Imran khan and alike politician accept the writ of Pakistan state but supporting miscreants against Afghanisan, Bacha khan was opposite of them.

Bacha Khan was a great Pashtun and gave to the world other great Pashtuns like Wali Khan, Ghani Khan and Ali Khan but he was confused and laid the foundations of confused Pashtun politics.
In Afghanistan he used to need a Pashto- Dari interpreter to talk to Zahir Shah and in Pakistan he was against Punjabis and Pakistan. Thus did not get neither Pakistan nor Afghanistan and forget about Pashtunistan which was and is an empty slogan. He could not give an exact direction to Pashtuns.

Actually Najib joined in the ravaging of Afghanistan. Masood sat on the sidelines.Originally posted by Yousufzai View PostNajib was an oppressor who did nothing while the Russians ravaged Afghanistan. I hate Hikmatyar and Massoud and those other clowns, but that doesn't mean I must support the regime that was in Kabul at the time. Both were bad.
