What is happening in this video?
I think they are speaking Wazirwola dialect. Can anyone clarify. I don't undrestand some parts.

Yes some of them seem to be speaking like wazirwola but again except few words it doesn't match wazirwola dialect
The one talking on the phone again is not talking in wazirwola but rather more like afghani pashto.infact he says "Kha ye,baraobar ye" so could be either orakzai as they also use "kha" and the rest of the dialect is similar to karlani.All karlani pashtuns including wazir and mehsud use "Sha"
One of the guy in the beginning as he says that we have captured them again is not speaking wazirwola.
The guy in the FC khat partog uniform says "masaood kho ye arawon kara da",which is a banusi dialect
The guy talking on the satellite phone is 100% from Hangu/Parachinar [MENTION=1034]Badlun[/MENTION] as he says "Goda warku"
What is happening in the video?
The security forces has probably captured some talibs and they are perhaps discussing for the release.
Anyway,the video even though uploaded today,is old enough and perhaps from the summer.
****Why i have the feeling that this video is more related to the Orakzai/Kurram agencies or Hangu/kohat side than waziristan.

They are most probably from Hangu/Kohat/Kurram/orakzai side,they are not from waziristan.
