Some times hatered for some thing as here for Pakistan makes some one so much subjective, prejudiced, biased and irrational that even they go to the extreme to prefer Iranian movies but not Pashto movies.

The same can be said of you. Your love for Paakki Culture grown out of subservience is making you biased towards Pashtuns and Afghanistan at times.

Quality wise PTV national is best .......rest are jokes especially the Channels of Afghanistan.

are you serious. PTV is such a low quality, low culture, cheap, crass entertainment TV:

either mullas from so many islamic factions (recognised from different colours of turbans, scarves etc) promoting their views

dramas where actors dress like indians but speak indian urdu

reality shows with eye on bollywood

no offence, it is embarrasing when i accidently end up on PTV when flicking channels.

None of them are good to be honest. Pashtuns are lacking in the field of media. They all think that media is all about who can get the best singer on their tv or how many concerts they can show live, that is a measure of success. But in terms of educating people, being appealing for youth and having news information which is transparent, far from lies and exposing the real side of the politics...that is lacking

Its a shame I can't watch these channel in UK, I only got PTV global and they show a pashto drama on wednesday....Sometime...its been 3 weeks now and no pashto stuff so it sucks.

When ever I put on AVT Khybar they always show Urdu songs about Pakistan Army and with pashtun kids waving Paki flags showing shaheed army etc etc, I don't call it a Pashto channel, they always have womens with short kameez, no scaf etc...its a punjabie channel.
