        It happens throughout Pakistan.

                But you should atleast about the region where your from.

                Whether i am in Pakistan or not.I atleast know what is the situation around in my city or state.

                To tell you in short,Atleast onwards 2006-07.Throughout the pakistan the security situation is not what it was prior to 2000.

                even if you enter bank or hospital.The security officials will check you let alone major tourist festivals.
