Pakistan at the moment is the most weaponized country in the world in term of per capita of both registered and illegal guns combined.Even higher than USA.

This is one of the reason why are Guns loved throughout Pakistan.

I'm living in Karachi for the past 6 years now. And I never needed a gun to solve a problem of mine. Infact guns never solve your problems they just multiply your problems, that's it.

My entire village is armed with Kalashnikovs and hand guns. Most of my village consists of my family. When we get effective and honest law enforcement, I'm sure there will be no need for weapons any longer.

Even in my neighborhood people shoot pop shots in the air. The Police installed shot trackers in the neighborhood, but firing still goes on randomly.

We used to have a few handguns and a huge mofukin Uzi in the house, but my pa dukes got all soft and got rid of all of them after NY passed a law that could throw you in jail for 3.5 years for unlicensed firearms.

How about pen as well as gun?...guns are not magic sticks that you are expecting it to solve problems, they are for security....for deterrence. The pens alone would leave you at mercy of others, pakistan is not a country which gaurentee your security.
Now lets talk about your naivity. The harmless mohajir crowd around you are dumb awam...their leaders and their ideological force can motivate them in time of crisis to do any thing with you. When things will fall apart, this dumb mohajir awam would look towards their leadership for guidance and directions. And you know about their leadership.
In gujrat and else where in india, hindus and muslims had sweet relationships with each other, but when riots started, their hindu neighbours either participated in killing and raping muslims or refuse to help them in protecting them from mobs. At places where muslims are dominant, they do the same with hindus. These khanzeers of karachi are of same stock, they have history of riots. When madness ensues, yar own jigri mohajir yar would hand over you to thugs or would simply give up on you.
MQM is actually putting leash on their people. So you dont see 70s and 80s like riots. On one order of altaf bhai, they can start violence and blood shedd all over the city......perhaps you have not yet realized the scale of mohajir nationalism, you are too close, your peripheral vision is blind.
