How to deal with jealousy

As an Afghan guy I find it hard to cope with jealousy. I feel violent and murderous.

So, I was jealous of this guy on facebook and all I did was just showed him my photo and he got scared.

If a guy gets scared of another guy's photo, its a sign that his a p-word. Try it for yourself, show him the picture -of you fellow Afghan guys.

Is that a good way to cope?

Another thing about me is that I can only feel jealous of one rival at a time... lol
