Pakistan is changing as there we saw a woman ruler of the country. Afghanistan had its Malala and now will have one Benzair Bhutto one day.
i'm just a simple guy so i can only speak simply. without a woman there is no family, without family there is no security, without security there is no happiness

as long as a woman does her duty as the center of a family, she is free to join politics or kickboxing classes

so the US cent-com needs to pay more attention to the rape epidemic in US army both against women and men before worrying about afghanistan
We are discussing the situation in Afghanistan here not in the US.

What about an uneducated mini-skirt wearing woman is less protected than a woman bank manager. You have many tailor-made words don't you, who trains you, hashmat or aria?

Yet you chose to ignore his part of the post saying "is it any of western world's business to force their morality on us" .. your ignorance & silence says a thousand things.

To tell you the truth, I have not seen, so far, a mini-skirt wearing woman to be uneducated! and a Burka wearing woman to be educated. If there are few , then these will be very few. The percentage can be like this.

            Burka and educated=10%
            Mini-skirt and educated=90%

I need to conduct a proper research on this issue, but prima facie it seems that burka and education are inversely proportional.

Burka or mini skirt, 99% are educated regardless of dress code in the west. Wearing a mini skirt does not make you smarter if that is what you are implying.
