    Its all fact.

No Western country could ever dare do this to an Israeli diplomat. This is not some random/spontaneous event.

Actually, India has taken their security passes away, and also removed barricades that protected the US embassy.

Pretty much they are stuck in the US embassy and diplomatic housing.

The next Indian government is slated to be the Hindu Nationalist BJP party which is calling for more measures.

I really cant figure out what the US aimed to achieve by doing this because they have probably lost more. India is not Pakistan- they are not going to roll over. If they were trying to push India to take a more aggressive approach to China, thats not going to happen, especially now.

well, she did break the law, but you are right, they could have dealt with the matter a bit differently.

Foxnews is only going to concentrate on slavery which is why DZJ is watching it through foxnews lenses.

of course he regrets it. it's affecting the well being of his own people in india and their security comes first. but that doesn't mean what she did is right or the way the indian government is reacting is much decent either.
and i don't watch television so you all can shut your mouths for a change and not talk about me when i am not around.

initially this was not a problem for them. now that one of their own has broken a law, they suddenly realized what they should have a long time ago. they overlooked the matter for personal gain and are now using it against the usa. that is not very professional or credible behaviour.

go into detail jamaludeen. the visa process rests on the ambassador, not a simple diplomat. paying someone under the minimum wage is a labor dispute and that's a civil matter. no one gets arrested for that. The maid can sue the indian embassy for wages she is owed in a civil court.

The only law that was broken here is that she was arrested. It is against the law to arrest a diplomat. A diplomat can be kicked out of the country but they can not be arrested.
