To be honest I would be more proud if they are Americans who learned Pashto, than just Afghans who works for Americans. Regardless as long they contribute to the country, who cares who they are.

Back to the question. I think female police is important and should be used to women related issues. For example, letting a male search a woman is way out of line, so female police should be important part of society.

First of all the discussion in this thread is about Afghanistan and the progress of Afghan female police officers. The discussion is not about issues and problems in other countries.
