Two Afghan Nine and Eight Year Old Sisters Were Raped
If you ask me it´s the smell of NATO´s withdraw and the re-organization of criminal militias.
Balkh, 21 October 2013. Two Afghan nine and eight year old sisters were raped by 35- year- old man in the Dawlat abbad district of northern Balkh province, Afghanistan on Saturday.
Police spokesman, Sher jan Durrani who visited the victims at their home in the Dawlat abbad district of Balkh province, Told to Finnbay News the incident took place when these two sisters were playing outside with the other neighbor girls and the kidnaper took these two sisters in the outskirts of Dawlat abbad district and raped them. The 35-year-old rapist is being investigated by police, he said.
The Victim’s Mother, Shafiqa, said her daughters had been missing for one hour after two sisters walked out of the house on Saturday afternoon. The two sisters returned home covered in blood, she added.
Dr. Merwaice Rabi, head of the Provincial Hospital of Balkh province also said that medical examinations showed that the girls had been raped. Members of human rights organizations have not said anything regarding this matter as yet. Six weeks back another girl was also raped in this province. Though, the criminals involved are in the custody of the police no report has been given about the punishment of such men by justice and judicial organizations.
