You would want to learn British grammar, but English is probably the easiest language to learn.

I'm not sure whether you have issues with speech or grammar, but if it's speech then you have to watch American or English shows, news channels and films.

If you have trouble with grammar, then all you have to do write, write, and write.

Write essays or stories on this forum. I will proof read them for you, and explain your mistakes.

last week i finished my first english book that i read freely and i understood a lot

The reason I didn't give you explanations was because there were so many errors to point out, I was overwhelmed with all the rules that I would have to explain to you.

What university do you attend?

In America, all research papers have to be in MLA format. That means grammar is important. It can have adverse effects on your marks/grade here.

Teaching you citations is a long step from here.
