What grinds my gears:

- when ppl refer to afghans as Afghani. Come on, it's afghan ppl. Afghani is MONEY
- I don't have a problem with ppl using slang language or misspel words or whatever. But saying 'I am agreed' is really pathetic and not acceptable. Advice: LEARN ENGLISH
