after holding on to the line on the phone for 21 minutes you pick up the handset and scream at it and as soon as the echo of your voice vanishes from the air, you are answered with a scared little voice on the other end.."hello?" WHY...WHY DID I HAVE TO RUN OUT OF THE SUPPOSEDLY PATIENCE I WAS BEING THANKED FOR CONSTANTLY BY THE MACHINE AT THAT PARTICULAR MOMENT?!
