u are thinking too much about it... dont make religion very hard for yourself. Islam is in this world to make life easy for people, not hard. dont stress urself too much wrora... no muslim will be worshipping these figures, the ones that will worship will be non muslim to begin with. these are just some historical figures that we have respect for.

we shouldn't adapt religion to our own personal whims and desires. We should adapt ourselves to our religion.

this is the exact same argument the people of prophet Nooh alaysalaam used when they made images of their pious predecessors.

Those are all Pashtuns, nobody drew them. No one is going to worship them.

actually, people do worship them. Especially the alcoholic poet, Ghani Khan who wrote blasphamous poetry and promoted alcohol and fornication is worshiped by members of pashtunforums.

Well, I'm with the side that disagrees, and I want my -- OUR -- beloved Ghani (Allah be pleased with him eternally) along with every single one of the ones already on there to remain there.

But if the majority doesn't want them on the banner, then, sure, we can discuss it and see where we get with it. But as of yet, there's no "debate" going on.
