Today at home many are highly immoral, but in different way than in europe.
What do You think western ideology can do with people mixed with ex-soviet mentality?

This combination works wonders in making people materialist (see whole exUSSR)
I have seen many former Soviet republics. They have lost all sense of morality due to communism. Their religion and culture was demolished. So when Soviet Union fell, people lost every kind of social control. As a result most of them turned extremely corrupt.

Human beings are born upon their natural predisposition which is pure. Yet, by taking away the social construction of morality and replacing it with immorality, you will get a society of animals on two legs.

This is why I strongly object to any kind og secular movement in the Muslim lands.

We already suffer from allot of social and religious problems due to ignorance and misguidance. Last thing we need is the abolishment of the social role of religion at the hands of these secular fundamentalists.

I have now not the time to elaborate the whole problematics, but maybe you know that Soviet governance was quiet materialistic, that has led even the good intentions to worst consequences.
Now immagine a state where every spirituality and faith was mostly forbidden and where there was a system of social protection that has been destroyed. And a lot of brutalities and crimes done.
These state broke and opened its window in a world of western culture and capitalism - you can evidently see what happened.
As i know many people from the most different countries and nations of exUSSR, i can see that their problems are the same in this sense and will worsen, because what happened that after the breaking of SU the few good things got abolished while the bad things remained and grew and continue growing.
This is pecially true for caucasian and central asian countries.

To me you still suffer from all the imperial games done to Pashtuns, because before You weren't doing so bad. Or at least if you were you would have the chance to organize yourself.
Faith is very important in that issue and further is the wisdom of every nation, the culture of the people - both broken may lead to disasters.
Currently for example most ex-soviet regimens do exactly this - breaking culture and faith of people, as some examples my own country, than Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan...

Allot of things that your people faced over a period of 70 years were enforced on us in few years. When it backfired, even the Soviets discouraged their stooges in Kabul from going any further.

Because the extremely stupid policies of the communists such as going into a village, shooting the Imam in the head and having an overzealous military commander putting his foot on the Quran to show who is boss caused an extreme reaction from the people.

While most simple Afghans didn't know much about their own religion, the way the communists tried to force the society into conforming to their will made people to join rebel forces.

As a result we have a two way corruption in our society. On the one hand the Soviet inspired hostility towards religion, and on the other hand an emotional and reactionary religious zeal.

At the end of the day both parties do the exact same thing. They make people suffer.

At least in former Soviet republics there is still some hope for a gradual process of recovery. But I am afraid, Afghanistan will take at least another century to stabilize.

Thats why I only listen to people like Faqir Muhammad Darwesh and Abdul Hakim Sajjad. They have the best poetry with the best voice and no gay computerized sounds.
