HMRC's tax-dodgers list| Coincidence?

Here's the updated list of tax-dodgers in the UK. The strangest thing I noted was that the majority of the offenders on the list are Immigrants -> Muslims -> Pakistanis. Why so? Is this a coincidence, racism or a reality-that most of the law breakers in the UK/West are tend to be Muslims?

Its not that, its just that the immigrants have more connections outside of the UK (they can just return to their hometown) and so can escape pretty easily whereas the native English either try to move to a different part of the Uk and get caught, or move to spain and still get caught

Few reasons:

1 immigrants are less likely to abide by the law because they lack sense of responsibility and commitment to the society.

2 immigrants think that the white man is rich because he robbed everybody else and therefor deserves to be cheated

3 immigrants are easily caught because they dont know as much as white criminals do plus they are checked more often than whites for crimes and fraud prevention.

4 Muslims in the west are not any better than those back home. No taqwa and no dignity.
