unfortunately the samples are not that detailed. there was a large study conducted in Afghanistan about 2 years ago, however they haven't published all the results from it, at least online.

I am currently looking at the Harrapa ancestry project which has 23 pashtun samples from Pakistan (kurram valley) and 4 pashtun samples from Afghanistan. So far from this small amount, pashtuns from both sides of the Durand line are generally looking same genetically, with pakistani ones being slightly shifted towards the south asian component, while the afghans ones being a bit more west asian and central asian (turkic). But again these samples are very small to make any judgments, especially when we are not even sure what tribes they exactly belongs too

you can have a look at this spreadsheet from that project, the 23 samples from pakistan are listed at # 217 and the 4 afghan samples are listed at # 134

^ they have collected a lot populations from all over the world

the components south indian, baloch, Caucasian, north euro etc.. are all different genetic components named after the region they are found highest in

south indian is native to south India, while a component like Baloch is more native to places like Baluchistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, North India and eastern Iran. Though essentially the Baloch component most likely came from Iraq/Iran region some 4000-5000 years ago. Caucasian is native to places like the Caucasus region (Chechnya, Daghestan etc..) North Euro is native to Russia and Northern Europe
