      Right we married YOUR women and whose wombs BREEDED OUR sons, our descendants made a whole new Super-Tribe and we adopted the language. Just like Arabs in China went there married women and created a whole new ethnic groups.

          Immature RTR. Marry who you want. That's your business, but a Pashtun, whatever the background/trophy status of his wife, does not usually make it a public affair for others to fantasize about.

          Somewhere in your postings in this thread you deny being a ghulam. Unfortunately it is that conditioning resulting in an inferiority complex that leads to people being ghulams without them knowing it. The complex issues that face the Pashtuns are not going to be solved here or by any radical quick fix. We can point to the advantages and gains of Pashtuns in either Afghanistan or Pakistan but one thing is sure - most of us are blighted by poverty, and this makes us weak. In that vein, tribal put-downs should be described as lack of education. When individuals do not recognize that, they are perfect fodder for exploitation. Expect ghulami and expect 'ethnic aspirations' to escape their group.

          P.S. As per the original thread, plums from Swat are great.
