it seems this yasmeena person is continuesly posting selective news for propaganda purposes and clearly filters whatever doesnt serve her agenda.

if Unknownprince posted news he would be called spammer even though he is balanced and realistic.

There is a way in which some opinions should be aired.

There was a point when Unknown was simply clogging up the board and a very experienced guest administrator raised the issue of spam-posting with the admin team. My intervention was not to gag Unknown, but for him to post to a selected area. There were personality conflict issues with Unknown and others that were out of my control, though I was asked by Unknown to intervene several times on his behalf. That I did. I believe that I was fair though that is not the same as pleasing everyone.

Unknownprince went through a phase of several id changes; including avoiding being entirely honest. I had some issue with that when I needed to resolve issues fairly. That, however, is the past and he knows that he has a right to post his views, and I would defend that right. Indeed in his newer incarnation, we are very respectful in our exchanges and if he has a genuine concern, I am ears. I don't need to carry past baggage and hopefully he recognises that. I am good with his right to contribute and shape the dialogue here.

Yasmeenah has been a very valuable contributor to our library. She has a right to express her views, but often chooses to focus on matters around language etc. I see no reason to arbitrarily interfere with that.

Incidentally, Daggarwaal Sahib, I have also stuck my neck out for you too. No one would describe me as a pushover who is willing to please anyone just for popularity. I go with what I believe in.

Dagerwal, what is preventing you from posting news from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan web site or other sources? Did you check the News Archive thread? There is a room for threads from many sources. If you want your own section, just ask Admin Khan and I am sure you will have one.
If it comes to my views - I can't say that all news from Afghanistan News Center reflects my views. But the articles are good for archival purspose. You don't like it? Then don't read. It is easy. I don't read most of your posts and I am happy with it.

i dont know what happens behind the scene so i dont know about that, what i do remember is that he was accused of spamming the forum with news

yes thats the past and as you can see he is being reluctent to post as much news as before. What this non pashtun is doing is continuing to post biased and one sided news

- high rates of child mortality
- lack of schools and universities
- lack of hospitals and infrarstructure
- lack of electricity
