...a parade while thousands were tortured by the AGSA in the prisons around the country.

    Nothing to be proud of.

as in comparison to now where everyone is living a life free of torture and have plenty to be proud of as a nation. When you are born to whine, you are born to whine.

The root of a problem should be obvious.

I am sure you know what actio = reactio means and what the principle of causality is.

There is nothing to pe proud of if an arrogant small group of Khalqist officers take over and try to force an alien way of life on the ordinary people while denying them what they say they bring with them: democracy, free speech and the right to define and create their own reality.

Khalqists have damaged Pashtuns more than any ISI-operation could do because it gave the enemies of Afghans/Pashtuns a justification and legitimization to act in such a way to weak the whole nation.

        This is not rocket science.
It´s a well documented historical fact.

When you can explain to me reasonably why army officers disappeared just because they were known to pray and their bones and remains were found decades later, then I will accept your point of view.

i was enjoying the parade. Should you or anyone else have a genius idea with a positive and alternative outcome, feel free to present it.
As for your acceptance.. horses are not convinced to cross rivers. I would not be holding my breath for anyone to accept my idea when and of it comes to that point.
          Cheers.

My point was that I couldn´t enjoy the parade because I know that while these people were cheering and enjoying themselves, their so-called oponent´s finger nails were taken out and alot of them disappeared in unmarked graves.

You can enjoy whatever you want.
            That´s a basic right.

You're forgetting that women's understanding of politics is not like that of men.

This government became the client state of a superpower that they needed to invade and occupy the country to kill their own people all while the same superpower killed and exiled their leaders at will, but hey at least they can march in unison.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.
