Hallo, there is no point for random threads like these. It runs the productivity of this forum. Like SinNi said, in being a moderator is earned, not given.

why do you like to talk about Moderators, becoming one or someone who you like?

Pashtunforums is a double-monarchy led by Tor Khan and Admin Khan.
The mods are the paladins of this eternal entity.

Seriously, we should work on ourselves, on the level we behave with others, on threads we make to rise the quality of the discussed themes, and the respect of our speech.
Many of us are oponents in viewpoints. Me myself, I am opposed to many viewpoints expressed here, i may disagree with many views....
But what does matter how we react on the views, we don't like to accept.
Labeling somebody as communist, terrorist, nationalist, camel, donkey, monkey, beghairat, using sexually perverted insults is not the way that will bring us anywhere.
A viewpoint, you don't agree with' will help you to understand the views of your oponents, to proof if your own opinion is reliable, to ask yourself new questions and to search for the answers.

Also the quality of themes could be raised much higher. I know many of us are very young, but still we should grow, not waste our time on discussing who is better looking, which eyecolour is more sexy, or making these geopolitical themes of "I can explain the world with a picture".
It is than better to leave the forem in my viewpoint and read something. It than better to use every minute, lost to discuss if gangster rap is halal, to learn a word of Pashto, for those who don't know it well. Many of you are immigrants and living abroad, why not using your possibilitis to do something good for your people? why not treating yourself as a family, where everyone has his role. Learning to control your emotions will be good here.
I think that is much more important than changing moderator structure.
