We often say pashtuns are geratmand and wafadar.
This can apply to all pashtuns?
My personnel view is not.
No ,not all pakhtuns are loyal or geratmand.
To be a true pashtun you must be loyal,brave and geratmand.
I have seen the same qualities in some other ethnicities.
Wafa ,gerat and bravery are the qualities of every good human.
this can apply to many pashtuns but not every pashtun.
We have pashtuns selling their love for money to non pashtuns.
We have pashtun killing their brothers for money and working for non pashtun ethnicities.

So where is our pashtu and gerat here.
I do,nt want name it here but some areas of pashtun and some tribes too are famouse for these non-pashtun acts.

Speaking pashtu is not enough to be a pashtun.You must have qualities of pakhtuns.

Well when an individul does not display such qualities then we say "pashto pa che nishta".....The thing is pashtun is 'expected' to be loyal, brave and ghairatmand...otherwise an ethnic pashtun can be disloyal, coward and beghairat....
We ourselves never advertised our these traits , foreigners (many of whom were enemies) interacted with us, noted these traits, admired us and told it to others or wrote it down in their books.......
In my opinion society and enviroment have big role in grooming person. If macho behaviour is appreciated and respected in society then every one would try to act like a macho, if society is devoid of ghairat and morals, then its members would be beghairats. If disloyalty becomes culture and is not frowned upon, then people wouldnt be so loyal....Pashtun follows pashtunwali because he is part of pashtun society. Look at pashtuns settled in islamabad, lahore , karachi and western countries and you would see how full bloodied pakhtuns have become some thing else...a person may inherit bravery, loyalty and ghairat from his father, but he can become coward/disloyal/beghairat in a diseased society.

And tell us which areas of pashtuns and some tribes are famous for non-pashtun acts? It seems you want to discuss it but you are hesitating because of reaction from members. My suggestion is that share it here, so that we can discuss it and clarify them in mature way.

Humans as a whole lack good qualities today. Both of these things are rarely found. As somebody said, 'Once upon a time there was Humanity'
