I believe Kunar can also be a name and also sumsore which is my brothers name. Sohrab is more of a Persian name then pashtun but other then that nice list.

Roxana is the Pashto version of the name Roxane (Alexander's wife) just a thought.

I like Helmand, boys name. BTW Sohrab is a character in the Shahnameh, hence rooted in Persian. My colleague named his daughter Darya, he native of Ispahan.

Bakhtaawar is such a nice name.. I don't know why behroz and bahram are considered Pashtun names. They are more common Iraqi and irani names. I don't even know what they mean.
But bukhtaawar... Not bakhtawar but bakhtaawar..

I don't think they use these names.

Behruz means "good day" in Persian.
                  Bahram is a War spirit.

bakhtawar is one who is fortunate. Bakhtaawar is the one who brings fortune. I don't like it because of its meaning but because of the way it looks when it's written as the way it sounds. It reminds me of someone, too.

Mazdigar means afternoon in Pashto as Yasmeenah stated. I like the way it sounds and it sounds more like a boys name to me.

Karan is actually a Hindi name not pashto. The majority of Pakhtuns that Carry that name are mostly from the KPK region who have been influenced by punjabis because if the vast immigration to the area.

I thought Karan came from the parthian noble family?
We use this name too as Karen.
