I have lived there for a short while and i have to say living in that hell hole is a big risk. You would hardly find any Afghan not beaten up. Specially using metros after 7 o clock is a very dangerouse risk. The most corrupt government in the world, The Polices are jurks, Do any crime even kill someone and pay a few bunch of dollars and you are back in the streets.

PS: I saw the worst generation of Afghans there. they have adopted to the environment and life style there.
