I have seen people using e-cigarettes and another more elaborate device called a vaporiser. The latter device simulating dense smokey exhalant.

Any one using such devices please offer your opinion. My search keeps leading me to alternate cannabis smoking device, which is not what i am looking for.

One device i have seen used is by smok tek and uses z-gas or v-gas.

All i want is your review or experience of such devices as i am looking at an alternative.

they can be pretty decent depending on where you buy it from, if you are going to buy one then search online for a well reviewed vape and forget about those gas station ones. the problem with e cigs is that the battery wears down and the hits are only strong for like the first 50 puffs, then it becomes weaker and the urge to go back to regular cigs creeps up. if you buy a one of those 20-30 dollar vapes online, they work a little better and you can always recharge it but it becomes a hassle.

i used an e-cigg for about 2 weeks, i wouldnt recomend it, while it does the job and mimicks smoking its nasty messes with your throat and can make u ill, stick to standard smoking and just cut down on that so wudnt recomend converting yet

Sorry for the short note due to the current work load.

Recent data indicates that our region has coronary arteries that are likely smaller bore than Europeans.

This matters because clogging these arteries progresses much faster with cigerettes on board. I cannot tell you how many people have years off their life with this habit on board.

There are many peaceful ways to perish. Opt for those instead. Just this weak I had to shock a man 10 times sequentially... he had deady electrical rhythms that were instigated by artery blockage.

The lung cancers that spread to the heart and cause fluid collections around it are the absolute worst to deal with. The patients end up on death's doorstep with me sticking needles into their chest to evacuate this fluid and give them an extra few weeks until it recollects due to the cancer spreading to their heart. Then we call surgeons to stick chest tubes in your chest when we find out that your lung cavity is playing a role.

The ironic thing is when I interview these patients anew none of them ever tells me they smoke... and then I ask them if they have in the past and they say "I quit." I go on to ask when? And they say "oh right when I found out about all of this."

You are too nice of a guy to have such things facilitate your entery into enternity.

as i know this e-cigarettes should be substitution for real cigarettes in order to stop smoking
but also heard that the smoke of the e-cigarettes is not for health as well

Salamoona, no reason to feel ashamed bro! In fact, there is a major research effort that is about to get under way here that investigates the hypothesis that variations in nicotine receptors themselves explain why the ease of kicking the habit varies from person to person.

I have not seen the latest trial data, but the approach i would recommend is patch therapy that allows you to titrate down the amount of nicotine you are dependent on over time. From what I recall it was the more successfull of the therapies.

Once we tease out the issue of genetic predisposition we will have the capabilities to use genetic heritage to target therapies based on the receptor subtype.
