I feel old, i am 50. Feel like i have missed the opportunities, and passed it, so now i am in conservation mode, ie get ready for the next stage. Although everyone tells me i am being pessimistic, I think I am being a realistic.

Yes I do. Im turning 19 next week and I feel like I'm growing up way to fast.

I did when I was 17. Now I feel so much alive that I find it difficult to sit still and do only one thing for a long period of time... There can be so much living in ones moment of life if you learn to appreciate life and respect its sacredness. Don't settle for what is easy or convenient in life. Conflict adds to the quality of life and one's character. The nature of life is a certain way. Don't become immune to it but don't sit and and pity yourself either. If you are not having fun, you are not doing it right.

Torkham lala dont feel like that i think ur really cool and i have tons of respect for u
And its never too late to achieve the things u always wanted to do
U know what i have people in my class that are about ur age
U know i will never understand the people that color their hair and facial hair to look younger.. the older u are means the wiser u are and thtats what looks good on the outside
i really admire those that accept themselves as they are because confidence and a happy heart makes u look younger and not how u cover up ur age

Because roght after highschool i didnt go to college which was the biggest mistake i ever made in that one and a half years i was working like a slave
I have a problem... Im a workaholic and that aged me, the companies i work for i feel as if me not doing 100% means the money i get is haram=worst ideogy ever.. So now i tore my shoulder muscle a little and it doesnt heal anymore because i cant rest and i have a little nerve pain but in all i have learned that one must take care of themselves first because when u fall to the ground there wont be anyone to pick u up
So make wise decisions and dont overwork ur self
I just read what dzj said about having fun in ur life i totally agree
I missed out on all of that and more which is kind of sad ;(

Pisho, if you don't mind me asking me how old are you? I'm turning 19 next wensday and I'm feeling depressed because I'm getting older lol! I'm also not in college yet and I graduated high school last year. Since then my parents are bugging me about it and saying how there going to send me to NYC to work with my uncle. I feel like we are in the same situation here.
