Criticism

What do you all think about criticism?
How do you handle with criticism?
My experience show that Afghan don't like criticism.

I accept criticism only from those people to whom I trust. In other situation I don't bother.

there is difrence between criticism and insulting peopel, I can handel it, but not when peopel talk noncense
