It's a monster, covering all of the eastern US and Canada:

This is the path, it's going to hit New york and then directly come over Toronto by late Monday:

And we, for a change, will be enjoying beautiful plus ten sunshine after a week of icey cold Siberian weather. Best of luck suckers. May your houses not be blown.

I am, it's pretty bad. All the universities, and major state centers are already closed.

The MTA, the busiest and largest transit system in North America, and one of the largest subways systems in the world is going to be shut down. This is huge Karachi, the MTA has millions of straphangers using it daily -- And as you can imagine, it's generally a 24 hour transportation systems. Let's put it this way, millions of New Yorkers depend on it. It has killed 55 people already.

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Aren't you guys used to the insane weather by now? It's always shivering in Canada, always. I just can't stand the cold, and Canada happens to be worldwide leader when it comes to possessing ridiculously cold seasons.
