don't just tell your bro, but tell everyone in the community. chances are its not just these kids who are being abused but others as well. talk to the parents of the other kids and get together. there are probably many other adults that are afraid to talk about this because they think they are alone. if there is no physical abuse then go and have the fathers talk to these mullahs and have them step down, making these mullahs understand that they will have their asses kicked and their reputation destroyed if they keep their jobs. if you find there is physical abuse going on then go to the police, like the catholic priests , many of these sick mullahs depend on the community staying silent because of shame, embarrassment, or retribution but when they are exposed its them that live their lives in shame.

If we go through the history, we see that all the terrorists and killers of humans and animals have graduated from schools, colleges and universities. All the evil thoughts are coming out from the minds of those who graduates from these schools. I don't know any madrassah which have produced any mass killer or terrorist. And most important, girls should never be sent to any male teachers even if he is a saint of his time.
female teachers should teach females only and male teachers should teach males. Islam teaches us segregation.

A person is not to blame if the person asks help but to help! She has already done something - she realized the problem, asked an opinion , thinks what to do better - and will react. Perhaps a bit later but still hopefully in time enough.

A person is to blame if not acting and saying all is ok, not if the person relizes in time errors and is trying to correct them.

I am for seggregation too, but excuse me dear friend, not even the most saint of the time but even the simplest dust worker has as a sane person no sexistic issues on little girls, so the attention still remains on such people, as if You hide your view from such happenings society will go destroyed.If you simply do not send your children to them but do not take measures to limit such people, they will find other ways to continue their doings - that is a serious issue, that can lead to other problems.
