Great question.

I would meaning I could/can, but why? It would mess up my own life.

It is inconvenient.

Killing a person would no doubt result in my getting caught, hence jail. I don't want to sit in jail.

Secondly, it is majorly haraam and I want to to lessen my azaab-e-qabr, when it eventually comes.

Those two factors prohibit me from killing without reason (or even with).
If I had even the slightest reason and I was angry, the old me would kill said person instantly but now I may do some damage, but probably not kill.

So you can´t be a real psychopath if you are aware of the consequences of your doing AND are aware of the social an religious norms that hold you back.

A highly intelligent psycopath only does what his benefit is in or what he wants, provided he can get away with it. He is well aware of the consequences, but does not care for them like me in most cases. I do not fear going to jail, it is inconvenient. Unlike many psychopaths, I am a Muslim so I fear only Allah.

The reason why I wouldn't kill someone is because there is no benefit in either jail or qabr/hell.
If I was certain about not getting caught or not going to hell, I would kill right now if I felt like it (sometimes I do).

If I truly wanted to kill someone, I would.

Also, harldy any psycopaths would murder because it is inconvenient when you face a long sentence.

I have slightly authistic tendencies so I guess it´s impossible for me to be a victim of a psychopath because most of the time I really don´t care about what others think of or feel for me. And I don´t attach myself emotionally to people who I haven´t grown up with.

I am also said to be "mildly autistic" , along with a plethora of other illnesses.
