I finally got my tazkira after over three years of trying. A bit of history. When my father passed away, we could not find his little sanduk where he kept his land papers, tazkira and passport. My tazkira was there too. So getting a tazkira for my self I needed my fathers tazkira. Anyhow with lot of 'generosity', the machine of bureaucracy was lubricated, and spat out a tazkira, all matched up with kundi.
My question is about a section that reads: Da kuchi musmai asto ghana.
What is this about. Some tazkira have this section crossed out by officials. Also, the subsections are not filled in. Is it about the governmental drive of blurring ethnicities?
