shamlawar khurasani (ahhha shamla ---aspiration for high status)

and lol, Resistance3 ---and this gentleman also has the image of Alexander as avatar--

and lol, khushal ---giving the impression to be spiritually elevated (and elated as well)---

afghanistan2010 ---as if he is going to embark on some grand and holy project i.e. Afghanistan2010---also the qualification he mentions of himself in his avatars---expert of insurgencies and a "robotic" genious----

He suffered from a medical condition that causes extra growth of tissue which is common in that part of the world and progresses as a person ages. In his youth the growth wasn't as big.
