Police officers in Pakistan's Punjab police force have been told that unless they reduce their waists down to at least 38 inches they will only be assigned desk jobs, which would mean less pay.

The nearly 175,000 officers, many of whom are said to be overweight, have until 1 July to shape up.

They have to drink more green tea and exercise, and their dinner has to be very light. The guy who said he doesn't eat lunch anymore is doing it the wrong way, he should focus on not having a heavy dinner, heavy dinner is what makes most people fat
